I Am Thankful For

...the sun, the moon, the stars in the sky,
...the breeze that carries the moments by.
...the ones we share with, the ones who know,
...that through the sharing we always grow.

...the special friends that we hold so dear,
...the closeness of souls keeping us near.
Spiritual poetry can be very personal and for years I have written hundreds of them. It is just within the last few months that it occurred to me that others may enjoy what I've written.

There are many that will never be made public, but most carry with them that sense of "how did she know"? Thus far not one person that has read this book has not related to the poems in one way or another. They all mean something different to each individual reader.
